Dear Humanity: A Letter to the World We've Become

I see a lot of blind, lost, misguided people in this world. People who talk, but don’t show. People who hear, but don’t listen. People who think, but don’t feel. People who share, but don’t care. People lost as to what to do, but keep on doing it. People who have nothing to say, but keep on saying it. People of great passion, but destitute in compassion. People of lavish zeal, but exiguous patience. People with big mouths, but little ears. People with fragile egos, but unshak

How To Figure Out How To Heal Oneself

I’d been very recently through immense traumatic misery and despair -even despondency. I'd thought that being the veritable incommunicado ghost would help me heal by allowing me to feel and express my emotions without suppressing them. I thought that two weeks of solitude would be sufficient and potent enough to do the trick. I was at least partially, wrong. And even though I can’t deny I have healed somewhat, I cannot help but confess that I have played a role in my sufferin

Let’s remember that one cannot assume and always be right. Assumptions only carry to us to unknown, unreal lands of pain we fabricate and take to be real

How to be S.A.D.

Smart; I know that I'm fallible, flawed and erroneous. I'm imperfect. I make mistakes. I goof. I blunder. I bungle up things sometimes. But I know that making mistakes doesn't define us unless we allow it. We're not defined by our errors or imperfections. What matters is to fix them. It's not "Am I perfect?", but nay "How do I deal with my imperfections. By sweeping them under the rug and negating them? Or by fully and unabashedly embracing them, taking responsibility for the

Asking The Right Questions

Foreword: It is said that questions lead to the answers; but in reality, when we ask the right questions, don't questions then themselves become the answer? After deep thought and rumination, it occurred to me that, when it comes down to it, questions don’t lead to answers, questions are  the answer. Let me explain. As a lifelong learner and catalyst, I have encountered my fair share of people asking the wrong questions and then griping about why they always hit a brick wall.
