Mission & Vision of Re-Considered

At Re-Considered, we acknowledge and deeply feel that there is a fatal flaw of omission in the current wide-ranging smorgasbord of solutions propounded by experts for a variegated array of crises and challenges facing our civilization, be it wars & peace, climate & environment, social & racial equity, gender equality or economic prosperity. 

That flaw, or rather, missing piece, is almost invariably brushed under the rug or is simply gone unnoticed by change-agents, scientists, experts, investors, trailblazing entrepreneurs, philanthropists, politicians and the public alike. And it has to do with the almost exclusive, parochial, facile and insular focus on technological and natural solutions while almost completely neglecting the main nemesis and crux that is the protagonist species that contrived all these quandaries and challenges in the first place: Humanity and its mind (belief system), heart (psyche & emotions) and soul (spiritual dimensions).

 

We at Re-ConsideredTM recognise the ever-more pressing need for a far-reaching and profound cultural, perceptual, and spiritual transformation across all societies throughout the globe. It is evident, however, that such a transformation starts with each one of us, the individual, through personal transformation. 

 

We intend to provide the most comprehensive, enlightening, engaging, individually tailored and holistic personal transformation learning atmosphere where everyone can learn, grow and become the best version of themselves; find their true selves in a world that is constantly attempting to make them somebody else; and ultimately, reach their true potential. We aim to simply illuminate the path for people to follow. 

 

Our platform is built around value creation and takes inspiration as its linchpin. Re-Considered is a place where we all appreciate and cognise the power of creation to counter destruction, positivity to counter the caliginous soul-sucking darkness that has prevailed in and prevaded our anthropic civilization, in addition to our emphatic recognition of the power of uplifting, cordial, meaningful, fulfilling and authentic connections and interactions taking place on a human level.

 

We seek to collaborate with, and openly and genially invite, all thought leaders, influencers, creators, unifiers, and all the wise souls who wish to have a positive impact on the lives of others; those who choose to see the good in people, and aim to bring out the best in them. 

 

Through strategic and deep partnerships and associations, we embark on cooperative endeavors predicated upon mutual trust, the highest standards of integrity, and the deeply held noble notion that all human souls deserve to be treated with dignity and honour. We resolutely undertake to reinforce, amplify and expand the impact being made by fellow organisations and companies currently focused on making an impact on the lives and livelihoods of people all around the globe.

 

It is at the core of our belief at Re-Considered, that it is via fostering deep, meaningful, and fulfilling conversations, can young leaders, as well as all change agents for that matter, feel safe, welcomed, inspired, uplifted, empowered, supported, heard, seen, appreciated, valued and worthy. 

Through empowering such change agents and young leaders with the ability to forge authentic, genuine connections and interactions on a human level, we help elevate their level of self-awareness and enlighten them by opening their minds, hearts and souls to new and different ways of thinking, perspectives and ideas, consequently exposing them to the experiences they lack and the kind of people whom would enable them to grow into the best version of themselves and truest potential. 

 

We provide a multi-layered and diversified range of tools to catalyze the minds of not just young leaders, but everyone in society wise enough to strive to listen, learn and grow. This allows us to enhance the self-esteem of young changemakers, boost their self-confidence, allowing them to feel comfortable and safe being the most authentic version of themselves with no fear or shame, and hence, ultimately further our main cause and objective to be a conduit in guiding and assisting them in living their best, most meaningful, purposeful and fulfilling lives. 

 

Our goal is to advance and serve an often-neglected and underappreciated, yet deeply needed paramount goal of attaining a compassionate, empathetic, authentic, peaceful, but most importantly, human, world. It is our belief that humanity collectively can cultivate such a world. We all are human, after all; it is innately intrinsic to our nature. Let us remember the wise words of the late Archbishop Desmund Tutu, “In our fragile and crowded world we can survive only together. We can be truly free, ultimately, only together. We can be human only together.”

 

We reaffirm our wholehearted, solemn and unswerving commitment to one of our main prerequisite and primary aims of maintaining and preserving ourselves as a platform wherein it is our utmostly exalted and preponderant priority and resolve to facilitate the provision of a safe, congenial, amicable, reverent and non-judgmental platform and space where the people we serve, as well as our associates, can thrive, learn, evolve, and reach their true potential. 

 

In deep collaboration with our fellow change agent platforms, as well as organisational, corporate, individual, and institutional partners and associates, and as a Re-Considered company, and in order to conduce, at the scale, scope and magnitude needed, the societal perception, mindset and ethos transformational shift that our world is evidently desperate for, we are keenly resolute advocates of profoundly stimulating and encouraging people in society to reconsider who they individually are, how we all relate to each other, and how we relate to our home planet; to essentially learn to think different, see things from a new point of view, and learn not only how to learn, but perhaps more crucially in our world, learn how to unlearn what was instilled in them and what and how they were conditioned to do, think, feel, behave and see the world. 

 

This is primarily what we refer to as ‘Mental Catalysis’; and it is a key element of the triad of Mind-Heart-Soul Catalysis that we aim for through our multitudinous and variegated approach of catalyzing the mind, heart and souls of people from all across our civilization.  

 

In alignment with our wholehearted belief that nobody’s purpose in life is ever accessible or known to anyone except the person themselves, a prime and key aspect of our philosophy is such that we unremittingly seek to nurture, and do staunchly encourage, the intergenerational passage of knowledge and wisdom that is tailor-made to each individual's unique purpose in life, inasmuch as allowing us to attract potential partners, be them NGOs, digital platforms or diverse types of companies, who share a resembling philosophy and vision as far as serving a congruent proposition and ambitious undertaking of impactful, meaningful and purposive global societal cultural, pedagogical, mindset and perceptual transformation is concerned. 

 

We undertake to nurture, amplify and build on the work of the existing young change-makers through the provision of a generous smorgasbord of services subsuming unflinching support, the granting of required educational opportunities, offering tools, imparting of knowledge, conferring of advice and guidance, and equipping with connections and contacts to help today and tomorrow’s change-agents achieve their dreams and ultimately find, and reach, their true potential.
