The land of the free, America

Democracy & 1st amendment it be,

That shining city on a hill,

For all what I am able to see,

are people hellbent to kill.

Liberty takes second place,

To money, power and fame,

Leeches creeping up your lace,

A place, they say, which can be so lame.

And this be our motto, "In God is our trust."

And the star spangled banner in triumph shall wave

Shamelessly shirking doing what we must,

O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!
